REFUND / RETURN POLICY
(WALK-IN, ONLINE ORDERING, AND CALL-IN CUSTOMERS)
At George's Pizza, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you have any questions regarding our Return & Refund Policy, please contact us via email or call the restaurant directly for an immediate response. Orders are prepared immediately upon confirmation, and cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.
FOOD ORDER ERRORS
If you receive an order that does not match your receipt, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us or your third-party delivery service as soon as possible. You may pick up the correct items at the restaurant.
For credit card payments, we will refund the incorrect item’s price and charge for the correct item.
For cash payments, if the replacement item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. In some cases, store credit may be offered.
Please return the incorrect food in its original container(s) for verification.
INCOMPLETE FOOD ORDERS
If an item from your order is missing, please call us or your third-party delivery service immediately. You may cancel the missing item before preparation and receive a refund to your credit card, or we can issue a gift card or store credit.
Please Note: Complimentary items such as disposable silverware and condiments are provided upon request. If an item is mistakenly omitted, we appreciate your feedback, but we cannot offer refunds or discounts for courtesy items.
FOOD DISSATISFACTION
We prepare our food fresh with the finest ingredients. If your order is incorrect, missing items, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we offer refunds or replacements in appropriate cases. However, we do not provide refunds for food that a customer simply dislikes.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order has been prepared, we cannot cancel, refund, or provide credit for mistaken or changed orders. Refunds or credits are also not available for beverages or non-food items.
CANCELED ORDERS BY DELIVERY PARTNERS
If a delivery partner is unable to reach you, they may cancel the delivery. They will attempt to contact you upon arrival, so please keep your phone nearby. If they have made reasonable contact attempts, you may not be eligible for a refund.
COMPLIMENTARY FOOD
We cannot issue a refund or cash value for complimentary food items.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
George's Pizza reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who abuses this policy.
We strive to package orders to maintain food quality; however, some items may experience slight variations in temperature or texture after packaging.
If more than 25% of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue a refund, discount, or credit.
If food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with, and we cannot verify the issue, we cannot offer a refund, discount, or credit.
We will only provide a second order replacement, not a third.
